The outside wall of the home on the rental side was never finished. it was just Tirol Painted (Popcorn) and has deteriorated over the years. When the rains came all 3 rooms got water damage and wall damage. We paid $6,500 pesos labor and $2,500 pesos material to have the wall finished so water would drain off of it and not through it. We will paint it after the concrete has cured/dried.

Do not have a receipt for this as I paid cash but I will upload pictures once we get it painted. The rain should not affect the rental rooms after this repair.
